What does the roastmaster tour consist of?
This tour consists of roasting your own ½ lb of Kona Coffee using one of our individual roasters, which is packaged and taken home in two 4oz bags with customized labels. Weather does not affect this tour as the roasting room is indoors.

What times are the roastmaster tours available?
Tours are available by reservation at 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, and 3:00pm.

How long does the roastmaster tour take?
The roasting tour includes a farm tour and takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Where do visitors meet for the roastmaster tour?
Visitors should come to the store on the estate at least 5 minutes prior to their reservation. Please contact us if there is a delay.

What languages are available for the roastmaster tour?
Roasting tours can be done in either English or Japanese.

How many people can do the roastmaster tour at one time?
2 to 9 people can do the roasting tour at a time. For larger groups of more than 9 people, they will be broken up into smaller groups to accommodate the number of roasters (Groups of maximum of 18 pax is best).

Are roastmaster tours possible for wheelchair individuals?
Roasters are situated higher than wheelchairs, but provided that they are accompanied, roasting tours are feasible for wheelchair individuals.

Can photos from a personal camera be used for the label?
Yes, although we take a picture for the roasting tour label, photos from own cameras may be used to put on the label.

Is there additional coffee available for gifts (eg: honeymoon/wedding gifts)?
There are 4oz bags available for $11.00 + tax each for purchase, to put the custom labels on and give as gifts. It is best to notify us if a large number of bags is needed, so we can prepare them beforehand.
