“Cut-back” for new Kona coffee cherries
When the harvesting is almost over, it’s time to trim the coffee trees. This process is called “cut-back”. Once a coffee cherry is borne, they don’t ever grow back on the same spot. (more…)
UCC 100% Iced Kona coffee debut at 111-Hawaii Project Event!
Last Sunday January 11th (111!) , 111-Hawaii Project showroom Grand Opening Event was held in Waikiki. Our UCC staff flew from Kona to Waikiki to serve our new iced coffee to the guests at the event. Our 100% Kona coffee is roasted specially for iced coffee. (more…)
