1. I've never ordered on the Internet. Is it safe?
The ordering pages on this site (the ones that have products and where you
might put in your credit card number) are safe and on a secure server
for your protection. For your privacy, all name, address, and credit card
information are encrypted when you order on-line. We do not sell or otherwise
give away our customer email list.
However, if you are worried and prefer not to order over the web, you may place
an order by calling our toll-free number: 1.888.UCC-KONA (1. 888.822-5662)
and speak with one of our UCC-Hawaii representatives.
2. How fast are orders shipped?
All orders are normally processed within 48 hours. If you've placed your order
on Saturday or Sunday, our order department will begin to process your
order on Monday morning (except holidays).
3. How long will it take me to receive my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to reach you. >
4. What if the item is not available?
This should rarely, if ever occur, however you will be notified by e-mail within
48 hours if the item you ordered is not available. >
5. How are orders shipped?
All domestic orders (within the U.S.) are shipped via Priority Mail with a
delivery confirmation number. The delivery confirmation number will be
e-mailed to you to enable you to track your order. International orders
(outside the U.S.) will be sent via Express Mail. Express mail parcels
automatically come with a tracking number that will be e-mailed to you
so you may follow your order through the postal system. Alternate shipping
methods can be arranged by calling toll-free (within the U.S.) 1-888-822-5662
(UCC-KONA) and speaking with one of our service representatives.
6. How much are shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on actual shipping costs for Priority Mail (Express
Mail for international customers) plus insurance and delivery confirmation where applies. Please contact us for details.
7. Are there any additional charges for shipping?
UCC Hawaii adds no additional charges. However, for shipments of large orders overseas your country may charge import duty or other taxes.
8. Is there a minimum shipping charge?
No.
9. Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes.
10. Which credit cards can I use?

12. Do you guarantee your products?
We guarantee that all of our Kona Coffee is roasted from 100% state certified
(for quality and origin) Kona Coffee green beans. If for any reason you
are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know immediately and
we will do our best to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
